The medical, nursing and administrative staff at Woodlands are committed to assisting each resident in reaching and maintaining their highest level of independence.
Our staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of comfort and care to each of our Residents. We adhere to only the highest standards of performance. Ensuring the happiness of our Residents is our staff’s top priority.
The owners and leaders of their facilities play a very integral role with daily operations and enables them to know their Residents and family members. We encourage active family involvement and we acknowledge that our Residents should actively participate in community events. “Quality of care and our Residents satisfaction are what matter most to us.”
Kathy is the owner of the Woodlands facilities and resides in Mahoning County. She is dedicated to providing the most advanced and upscale facilities to the community. She also offers Woodlands Home Health for residents who choose to go home and want to continue their care. Kathy is a lifelong resident of Mahoning County, growing up in Campbell and working in her family’s grocery store – Evanski’s on Twelfth Street. A graduate of YSU, she was a social worker and later the Administrator of Woodside Receiving Hospital.
Chief Financial Officer
Frank came on board with the family-owned business in 1998 as our Chief Financial Officer. He is the son of Kathy Prasad. Frank’s experience and skills have added to the balance of our administrative staff.
Woodlands Corporate Administrator
As the Corporate Administrator of Woodlands, Sally provides leadership and direction to each of our departments. She has more than 20 years experience in her field and knows what it takes to make facilities successful. Sally’s “open door policy” makes residents, employees, and families feel at ease.
Kim Amendolara, RN
RN, Nurse Liason of Woodlands
Kim is the RN Nurse Liaison of Woodlands at AustinWoods and HamptonWoods. She will visit your loved one in the hospital or at home to arrange admittance to our facilities. Kim’s excellent assessment skills assure proper care will be delivered at the time of admission. She will also provide the support needed for a smooth transition to our facility.
